1. Order Processing Time
⏱️ All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframes

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not add hidden shipping fees after purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your AWB/tracking number.
- An SMS notification to your registered mobile number.
- A link to the courier's tracking page to monitor real-time status.
You can also track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your Order ID and email address.
5. Delays & Shipping Issues
While we work hard to meet delivery timelines, the following factors may cause delays beyond our control:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather events, or national emergencies.
- Public holidays or courier-specific operational disruptions.
- High-volume periods such as festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, etc.).
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
- Remote delivery locations with limited courier coverage.
⚠️ If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@indiaChoice.shop with your Order ID.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse.
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
- If re-delivery is not possible, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and pin codes across India. Please note:
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
- COD orders cancelled after dispatch may incur a ₹49 logistics fee.
- Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
