1. Return Eligibility
✅ We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must meet the conditions below to be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Be accompanied by your order ID and proof of purchase.
- Not be classified as a non-returnable item (see Section 2).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or product nature:
- Perishable goods such as food, beverages, or consumables once opened.
- Personal care items such as undergarments, swimwear, or intimate products.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
- Gift cards or store credits.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to request a return:

Email us at support@indiaChoice.shop with your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Send Photos
Attach clear photos of the product(s) you wish to return. This helps us process your request faster — especially for damaged or wrong items.
Receive Approval
Our team will review your request and send you a return approval email within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Ship or Pickup
Pack the item securely and ship it back as instructed — or wait for our pickup agent if free pickup applies to your case.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet).
- Bank processing time may add an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — you will need to provide your bank account details.
⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you wish to exchange for a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.
Exchange requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Arrange a free return pickup from your location.
- Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
- Ensure the issue is resolved within 5 business days of you reporting it.
